Emily began her journey in the beauty industry at just 19 years old. After graduating from the Academy Di Capelli in 2016 and furthering her education at the International Institute of Cosmetology in 2017, she earned her professional licenses in both makeup and esthetics — and knew she had found her calling.
With over 9 years of hands-on experience, Emily has become one of New England’s most sought-after bridal makeup artists. Her artistry has earned multiple accolades, including the Best of Hartford award for makeup and several Couple’s Choice awards on The Knot and WeddingWire. Her portfolio includes celebrity clients from ESPN and country music artist Megan Moroney, and in 2025, her international work will take her to luxury weddings in Mexico, Aruba, and Florida.
As demand for her services grew — with over 200 inquiries per year — Emily recognized the need to expand without compromising the personalized experience she’s known for. She carefully hand-selected and trained a small team of elite artists to uphold the same high standards of service, style, and professionalism that define Face Forward Beauty.

Best known for her confidence boosting transformations, her passion lies in enhancing natural beauty and making women feel their best. Jenna has been trained by highly-sought after artists such as Anjali Wrenn and Kellsie Bain.
Becca M. Makeup Artist
Becca is a passionate and dedicated bridal makeup artist with 5+ years in the industry. She is known for creating timeless, elegant looks that enhance each bride’s natural beauty. She has trained with famous makeup artist, Makeup By Jen XI, and is a true artist at heart. Becca ensures each and every bride looks and feels stunning, on her special day.
MaJenta D. Stylist
MaJenta is a passionate stylist with a love for all things color, extensions and bridal. She graduated from the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology Program in 2021, but she started glamming brides way before that- because when you know, you know. Since then, she has created countless styles for brides, no matter what your vibe is- soft and romantic, edgy or boho, she’s got a knack for all things bridal. Each client leaves feeling like the most confident and elevated version of themselves.

Samar is a self-taught makeup artist with a passion for bringing out the beauty in everyone. With over 15 years of experience, her journey began in the fast-paced world of retail. She had the privilege of working with prestigious cosmetics companies and learning from the industry’s most talented artists. Her philosophy is simple, she believes that beauty is not just appearances; it’s about self-expression and confidence.
